Terms of use

For the Rezlee website and beta app. Updated September 30, 2026.

Using Rezlee

Rezlee helps you organise household information, understand available bills and coordinate home tasks and expenses. Use it only where you can lawfully agree to these terms and have permission to provide the information involved. The service is currently in beta; public release dates and continuing availability are not guaranteed.

Your account and household

Keep your account details accurate and protect access to your account. Only upload information you are entitled to use. Invite people only with an appropriate reason and permission to use their contact details. Household roles and invitations control access; do not use another person’s account or attempt to bypass those controls.

Your records

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You permit Rezlee and its service providers to process that content as needed to deliver the features you use, in line with the privacy policy. Keep originals or independent copies of important documents. Review extracted information and correct errors before relying on it.

Insights, AI and safety

Rezlee’s explanations, calculations, scenarios and AI responses depend on the information available and can contain mistakes. They are not guarantees of savings, payment, compatibility, safety or warranty coverage. The service does not replace your utility, insurer, financial or legal adviser, qualified tradesperson or emergency services. Read the feature disclosures for specific limitations.

Connections and shared expenses

Third-party services have their own access requirements, terms and outages. You choose whether to connect and what consent to grant. Connection status does not guarantee fresh or complete data. Shared-expense entries record what participants enter; Rezlee does not move money, enforce a debt or verify external settlement.

Acceptable use

Do not use Rezlee unlawfully, upload malicious material, infringe others’ rights, harass people, send unsolicited messages or attempt unauthorised access. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or address abuse. Contact us if you believe a restriction is incorrect.

Offers and future paid services

The first-10,000 offer is governed by the founding member terms. Joining the waitlist does not authorise a charge. Any future paid plan must disclose its price, billing and cancellation terms before you purchase it. Your household bills and separately chosen third-party purchases remain your responsibility.

Leaving Rezlee

You may stop using the service and request deletion. Removing the app from your phone does not itself delete your account, disconnect providers or remove shared records. We will verify ownership and explain the effects on shared information before handling a support-assisted deletion.

Changes and consumer rights

Features and these terms may change as the beta develops. Material changes will be communicated where required. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer or privacy law.
